Do you ever wish your mind would just let you go to sleep? Sleep deprivation is at epidemic rates as nearly 30 percent of American adults sleep less than 7 hours per night.. The body rests during sleep, however, the brain remains active, gets “recharged,” and still controls many body functions including breathing.
