You might be familiar with gaslighting in social or romantic relationships, but maybe not as familiar with their occurrence in the workplace.
Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation meant to cause a person to doubt their perception of reality and understanding of a situation. It is ultimately about exerting power and control over a person and frequently happens more often in the nonprofit workplace than realized.
This behavior can result in demotivating employees or volunteers and disrupting the nonprofit mission.
For approximately one hour of your time you'll learn startegies to implement, run scenarios that give you practice and take away a reference recording to refer back to as needed. The recording will be available to you in the ConsueloMeux.com private customer area. Log in anytime to access your recording. Access is immediate upon registration.
