Executive Coaching
Consulting and coaching is available on a personal level or through a combination of phone and email or just through email. Executive coaching is intense, results oriented and structured to equip you to maximize your professional and personal achievements. The process normally engages the professional for at least one year. Contact Dr. Consuelo for investment levels.

Coaching by phone and email provides a personalized and immediate response to your concerns. Phone meetings are conducted at your convenience and normally during your business day.
Sessions are to be paid in full prior to the start of the coaching.

Email Coaching
E-mail coaching can be conducted 24/7 Monday through Thursdays. Fridays will be used to complete questions from the week. There will normally be no email coaching on Saturday or Sunday unless prior arrangements have been made.
Email coaching is often more convenient for executives with a schedule too busy to have phone consultations. You will benefit with the same type of intense substance through email coaching.
For some, writing allows for a better presentation of thoughts and ideas. I can also create an immediate record of the coaching session that you can review at your convenience.
