Consuelo Meux, PhD., Professional Trainer, Speaker, Author, Consultant, works with seasoned women who are transitioning from what has always been to what is yet to be in their still exciting and creative life.

Born into an entrepreneurial family, she started as a freelance musician in the eighth grade and by college turned that venture into a business that provided jobs for others in her community. A former Peace Corps Volunteer, Consuelo thrives on adventure and new opportunities anywhere in the world.

She spent 30 years in academic, nonprofit, and government related organizations becoming seasoned in the areas of leadership, business and organization development and personal transition concepts.

Her fast-paced, professional lifestyle came to an abrupt halt in 2004 when she moved to a new city and became the sole careprovider for her mother for 2 ½ years. During that time, she experienced the isolation and loss of professional identity so many women experience when they give up everything to attend to the care of another person without assistance.

Facing the tremendous reality of being a seasoned woman in the midst of the greatest transition period of her life, Consuelo developed her new “normal” by consolidating her life skills to become a certified executive, life, career, and health coach.

Her energies are now focused on working with women who are just like her – a leader in her field but going through transitions in some (or all) areas of her life. She draws on her full background of leadership and business skills, combining them with a holistic approach that embraces your health, relationships, and spiritual aspects to support seasoned women to break through barriers to their success so they run towards their brilliance at any season of life.
